You will receive 2 baths in this bottle. Just make the bath to your preference and pour half the liquid into your bath. If you do not have a bath tub, you can still use this bath in a small tub in your shower and a wash cloth. Just gently wash from head to toe with the small tub of water and half of the liquid in the bottle.
